Continuing the Development of Organizational Policies

As part of the project “Path to Resilience,” the Director of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival,” Serhii Zhuk, held another working meeting with consultant Tetiana Filchuk.

During the meeting, they thoroughly worked on the cash assistance policy — уточнили алгоритми визначення вразливості, процедури верифікації, документування та фінансового контролю, а також внесли необхідні корективи до проєктів документів.

The development of this policy is a strategically important step for the organization, as it will ensure transparency and accountability of processes, minimize risks, and strengthen the institutional capacity of the foundation.

“We are actively seeking partners and are already in negotiations to begin work in the field of providing cash assistance to vulnerable population groups in the Kharkiv region. It is essential for us that this mechanism is systematic, transparent, and built in accordance with the best standards of humanitarian work,” Serhii Zhuk noted.

The project “Path to Resilience” is implemented by the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” within the framework of the project “Phoenix: Strength of Communities,” implemented by the East Europe Foundation with the support of the European Union.
