Development, ideas, team: how our project writing training took place

In mid-March 2026, the team of the Charitable Organization “CF “Revival Source” within the framework of the “Path to Resilience” project conducted an internal four-day training course on project writing. An expert Oleh Kulinich was involved in delivering the training. The purpose of the event was to strengthen the capacity of the team and develop practical skills in the field of grant writing.

12 members of the foundation took part in the training. Over the course of four days, participants not only became familiar with the key theoretical foundations of project proposal writing, but also spent a significant amount of time working on practical tasks.

During the training, participants formed teams, generated ideas, analyzed needs, discussed issues, and jointly developed concepts for future projects. This offline format made it possible not only to learn the material, but also to immediately apply it in practice.

The training was held in an open and supportive atmosphere — with active discussions, exchange of experience, and live feedback.

“For me, such trainings are about live interaction and exchange of ideas. It is valuable to see different views on one problem and to look for solutions together. This is truly an important experience for my development,” shared training participant Yelyzaveta Nedelko.

The training became another step towards strengthening our team and preparing for the implementation of future initiatives. The four-day offline format provided more than just knowledge — it helped the team to better unite, establish interaction, and feel a sense of togetherness.

The “Path to Resilience” project is implemented by the Charitable Organization “CF “Revival Source” within the framework of the “Phoenix: Power of Communities” project, implemented by the East Europe Foundation with the support of the European Union.
