Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine Farhad Farhadov, together with the leadership of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, presented the Presidential Award of Ukraine “Golden Heart” to Serhii Zhuk, Director of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR), for his significant contribution to the development of the volunteer movement and provision of humanitarian assistance.

Serhii Zhuk emphasized that this award is the result of the collective work of the entire Foundation team, partners, and communities:
“This is not a personal award — it is recognition of the work of the entire team, our local and international partners, government authorities, and everyone involved in helping people.”
