Strengthening financial capacity: the CFSR team participated in an IOM training in Kyiv
On March 27, 2026, Deputy Director of the Charitable Organization “CF “Revival Source” Kateryna Melnykova and Financial Manager Olena Horetska took part in a financial training for partners of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), which took place in Kyiv.
The training program was intensive and practically oriented. Participants worked with financial reporting requirements, reviewed budget formation, operational costs, report preparation, and also practiced working in Excel for financial accounting.
Special attention was paid to procurement processes, common mistakes in reporting, and practical cases related to the preparation of financial documents.
For the Foundation’s team, participation in the training became an important step in strengthening the organization’s financial capacity, which directly affects the quality of project implementation and transparency in cooperation with partners.
