Strengthening internal processes: a series of expert consultations
Within the framework of the “Path to Resilience” project, the team of the Charitable Organization “CF “Revival Source” took part in a series of consultations with the participation of expert Larysa Shkurka, who has significant experience working with international technical assistance projects in the field of financial management and organizational development.
During three meetings, we had the opportunity to work in detail on approaches to the development of the accounting policy, asset management policy, and financial management regulations.
The work was carried out in an open dialogue format — we discussed our developments, asked questions, received professional recommendations and clarifications, which made it possible to better adapt the documents to the real activities of the organization.
“For us, this work on policies is about order in processes and confidence in our actions. It was very valuable to receive practical advice that helps to do things correctly from the start and not return to correcting mistakes in the future,” said Project Manager Serhii Zhuk.
Such meetings became an important stage in strengthening the institutional capacity of our team and implementing more structured and transparent approaches to management.
