Started working on the organization’s internal policies

Launching the process of strengthening organizational capacity: first facilitation meeting
Within the framework of the implementation of the “Basic Social Support and Capacity Building of Social Service Centers in Communities” project, the Charitable Organization “CF “Revival Source” initiated the process of strengthening organizational capacity by holding the first facilitation meeting on the development of internal policies with the participation of expert Oleh Kulinich.
The meeting became the starting point for systematic work on strengthening internal processes of the organization and introducing clear management approaches.
During the first session, the team together with the expert worked on the risk management policy — in particular: identified key risks characteristic of the organization’s activities in the conditions of Kharkiv region, conducted their analysis based on probability and impact criteria, developed approaches to response, and started forming a risk register and defining responsible persons.
The first facilitation session took place at the foundation’s office in an offline format with a high level of team engagement, which lays the foundation for developing practical solutions that will actually work in the organization’s activities.
“We are grateful to the expert for promptly joining the work and for the opportunity to hold the first facilitation meeting even on the eve of Easter. For our team, this is an important start of a process that will allow us to systematically strengthen the organization’s internal processes,” said the Director of the Charitable Organization “CF “Revival Source” Serhii Zhuk.
In total, within this work it is planned to develop four key policies: risk management, project management, accounting policy, and asset management.
In addition to facilitation sessions, the team will also receive advisory support for finalizing and implementing the developed documents.
This approach allows not only to formalize internal processes, but also to increase transparency, management efficiency, and the organization’s readiness to implement complex projects.
The work continues — ahead are the next sessions and new steps towards strengthening institutional capacity.
