PSEAH Training by IOM for Partners

Representative of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” Kateryna Melnykova took part in a Training of Trainers on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), held on February 26–27, 2026 in Kyiv.

The training was organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Ukraine with the support of the European Union. The event brought together 27 representatives of partner organizations from different regions of Ukraine, united by a common goal — to create safer and more respectful working environments.

During the training, participants worked with practical case studies, discussed real-life situations, and strengthened their skills in responding to cases of sexual exploitation and harassment.

The team of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” will apply the knowledge gained during their active work in the Kharkiv region, particularly in frontline communities, where we provide support to people affected by the war, internally displaced persons, and other vulnerable population groups.
