Emotional Intelligence as a Resource for the Team

On August 1, the team of the Charity Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) took part in a training course on emotional intelligence development conducted by experienced trainer Hanna Sukachova.

During the training, 12 participants worked on topics such as awareness of their own emotions, emotional self-regulation, empathy development, and effective communication.

Special attention was given to active listening, nonviolent communication, stress resilience, maintaining personal resources, and preventing emotional burnout.

The training gave participants an opportunity to better understand the components of emotional intelligence and to practice skills that can be used in everyday interaction with colleagues, partners, and people supported by the Foundation.

“This was my first training on emotional intelligence development, and it was a very interesting experience for me. I especially enjoyed the interaction between the participants and the trainer’s clear and accessible presentation of the material. During the training, I gained practical skills that I will be able to use not only in my professional activities and studies, but also in my everyday personal life,” said Maryna Liashenko, a volunteer with the Foundation.

The “Path to Resilience” project is implemented by the Charity Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) within the framework of the “Phoenix: The Power of Communities” project, implemented by the East Europe Foundation (https://www.facebook.com/eef.org.ua/) with the support of the European Union.
