The charitable organization “Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” announces an open tender for the procurement of industrial laundry and drying equipment for the Project “Basic Social Support and Capacity Building of Social Service Centers in Communities”.

The Project is implemented with the support of the “Askold and Dir” Foundation, administered by ISAR Ednannia, within the project “Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – A Driver of Reforms and Democracy”, funded by the governments of Norway and Sweden.

The tender предусматривает procurement of four equipment sets — a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The equipment will be used to equip laundry rooms in the Social Service Centers of the Pechenihy and Prolisnenska communities of Kharkiv Region.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs authorized to supply the relevant equipment and capable of ensuring delivery, warranty, and service maintenance within Ukraine are invited to participate.

• drum capacity 60–80 L, maximum load 7–8 kg;
• spin speed 1200–1400 rpm;
• stainless steel tank and drum;
• wide selection of washing programs, user-friendly and clear interface;
• basic washing programs, including modes for heavily soiled items, synthetics, quick wash, microfiber, wool/hand wash, mop cleaning with disinfection programs, and programs for people with allergies;
• clear controls with intuitive interface;
• designed for intensive use (≥8 cycles/day);
• imbalance control, overload protection, and stable performance under daily load;
• 220–240 V or 380 V connection.

• capacity of at least 135 L, maximum load 8 kg;
• electric heating, stainless steel drum;
• reverse rotation and even drying;
• temperature control and overheating protection, moisture sensors preferred;
• capable of withstanding ≥8 cycles per day;
• possibility of connection to a ventilation system;
• energy efficiency;
• stainless steel drum.

• new, unused, in factory packaging;
• warranty of at least 12 months;
• availability of official service maintenance and spare parts in Ukraine;
• complete technical documentation (passports, manuals, certificates of conformity).

• delivery of equipment to the Social Service Center of Pechenihy Community (Kharkiv Region);
• delivery of equipment to the Social Service Center of Prolisnenska Community (Kharkiv Region);
• delivery in factory packaging;
• unloading of equipment;
• verification of completeness upon acceptance;
• where possible — test запуск or initial operational check.

• participant expenses related to preparation and submission of the tender proposal shall not be reimbursed;
• the cost of the tender proposal does not include participant expenses for its preparation;
• the participant bears full responsibility for preparing the tender proposal and determines prices in accordance with applicable legislation;
• VAT expenses within the project are not covered by the donor, therefore participants must take this into account when forming price offers.
