Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ‘Revival Source’” (hereinafter – CO “CF ‘Revival Source’”) announces a tender for the selection of a supplier of food-grade plastic canisters for assembling non-food household kits. These non-food household kits will be distributed among war-affected residents of Kharkiv Region to improve living conditions and help preserve strategic reserves of water and food for their families.

The request for quotations has been initiated within the implementation of the project “Help Nearby,” carried out under the program “Together for Support,” implemented by the East Europe Foundation with funding from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund.

The technical specifications and quantity of non-food items subject to this tender are provided in the table below.

Proposals are accepted from individual entrepreneurs (IEs) and legal entities.

Price quotations prepared on the letterhead of the legal entity/individual entrepreneur (if available), or invoices, must be prepared in Ukrainian, provided for the total volume of specified goods, and each item must include the brand name, key technical characteristics, in accordance with the example provided in this tender announcement, as well as the delivery timeframe. Price quotations or invoices must be signed by an authorized representative of the participant and certified with a stamp (if available), and submitted electronically (PDF format) to the tender organizer’s email address.

• expenses related to preparation and submission of the tender proposal shall not be reimbursed (including in case of tender cancellation or recognition as unsuccessful);
• the tender proposal price shall not include expenses incurred by the participant during preparation of the proposal;
• the participant bears sole responsibility for preparing the tender proposal and forms prices in accordance with applicable legislation;
• transportation costs related to delivery of goods to the warehouse in Kharkiv must be included in the tender proposal price;
• price quotations or invoices must remain valid and shall not be subject to changes by participants until full completion of service provision/goods delivery;
• the supplier must be able to provide original supporting documents for delivered goods, certified by signature and stamp (invoice, delivery note, etc.).

• tender participants who are individual entrepreneurs are requested to provide copies of relevant registration documents (Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, and Extract from the Single Tax Payers Register), with relevant business activity codes (KVEDs) for trade activities.

Payment for goods will be made in the national currency of Ukraine by bank transfer.
