Internal Policies Developed: Results of Facilitated Work to Strengthen Organizational Capacity

Within the implementation of the project “Basic Social Support and Capacity Building of Social Service Centers in Communities,” the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ‘Source of Revival’” (CFSR) completed the development of key internal policies of the organization.

The work was carried out in the format of facilitated sessions with the participation of expert Oleh Kulinich and included a systematic review of internal management processes.

As a result of the joint work, four core policies were developed:

  • risk management policy
  • project management policy
  • accounting policy
  • asset management policy

The adopted policies form the basis for:

  • increasing transparency of activities
  • systematizing management processes
  • strengthening internal control
  • improving the effectiveness of project implementation

The developed documents will be implemented in the organization’s activities with further consultative support to ensure their practical application.

“The development of internal policies is an important step towards strengthening the organization’s institutional capacity. It allows us to work more systematically, transparently, and effectively.”

— noted the Director of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ‘Source of Revival’” (CFSR), Serhii Zhuk.

Work on strengthening organizational capacity continues and предусматривает further improvement of internal processes.
