Development and strengthening of community resilience

With the support of ISAR Ednannia, we implemented an initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity of social service centers in the Pechenihy and Prolisne communities of the Kharkiv region. Within the framework of the project, the centers were equipped with professional washing and drying equipment to establish modern laundry rooms, which significantly improved the quality of social services for vulnerable population groups.

The initiative contributed to creating proper and safe working conditions for social workers, significantly reduced the physical workload on staff who previously had to perform this work manually, and improved the dignity, comfort, and satisfaction of people receiving social support. This initiative became an important contribution to the sustainable functioning of the community social protection system by promoting a safe environment, preserving human dignity, and strengthening public well-being.
