Women’s Leadership and Community Resilience: CFSR’s Participation in the She Leads Ukraine Forum

On September 4, Kateryna Melnykova, Deputy Director of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR), took part in the She Leads Ukraine Regional Forum “Resilience and Recovery: Women’s Leadership in Frontline Communities” held in Dnipro.

The forum created a space for important discussions on women’s leadership, the resilience of frontline communities, peacebuilding, and women’s participation in recovery processes.

We would like to express special gratitude to Sabine Freizer Güneş, UN Women Representative in Ukraine, and Iryna Drobovych, UN Women National Consultant on Women’s Political Participation, for their significant contribution to the development and strengthening of women’s leadership in Ukraine.

During the event, Kateryna Melnykova was also pleased to meet her colleague Karina Bulavina, Grant Writer and Project Manager at the Charitable Organization “Building the Future Together”, to exchange views and discuss professional experience.
