Safe Transportation of Children from Zaporizhzhia Region for Recreation

On August 14, the Charity Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) provided transportation for an organized group of children from Zaporizhzhia region as part of a recreation trip to a camp in Lviv region.

The group included 35 children and 4 accompanying adults. The participants included orphans, children deprived of parental care, children of combatants, children with disabilities, as well as children from large and foster families and other eligible categories.

Due to ongoing hostilities and the related security risks, organizing such trips requires additional transport logistics. The CFSR team therefore picked up the children in Zaporizhzhia and transported them by bus to the point of their onward journey toward Lviv region.

After the recreation programme ended, on August 25 the Foundation team provided return transportation, bringing the children back to Zaporizhzhia. In this way, CFSR ensured safe transportation for the group in both directions.

It is important for the Foundation to ensure that children who need additional support can safely reach their place of recreation and return home.
