Representatives of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) team recognized for humanitarian leadership and resilience

Following four years of work in the field of humanitarian assistance and support for the population of Ukraine, three representatives of the team of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) were honored with the prestigious awards “For Outstanding Humanitarian Leadership and Resilience in Times of Crisis”.

Among the awardees:

• Kateryna Melnykova — Deputy Director of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR), recognized for her many years of professional work, dedication to the humanitarian mission, and significant personal contribution to supporting the population of Ukraine.
• Viktor Zhuk — Head of the Relief Coordination Centre for emergency response and evacuation and humanitarian operations of the Foundation, recognized for the effective organization of humanitarian operations, coordination of evacuation activities, and systematic work to ensure assistance to the population under martial law.
• Ihor Bazukov — Project Manager for Mine Action at the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR), recognized for his significant contribution to the implementation of mine action projects, improving public safety, and developing humanitarian initiatives.

Commenting on receiving the award, Kateryna Melnykova noted:

“Four years of crises have taught us one thing: humanitarian leadership is not about positions, but about responsibility for human lives. I am deeply grateful for such high recognition of our work. This is an incredible honor and, at the same time, a great responsibility. This award inspires us to work even harder for our native Kharkiv region and for all of Ukraine.”

The Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) emphasizes that these awards are a recognition of the professional work of the entire Foundation team, which implements humanitarian, social, evacuation, and safety-related projects every day, supports communities, helps people in the most difficult moments, and contributes to strengthening Ukraine’s resilience.
