The CFSR Team Is Mastering the Problem Management Plus Programme

In July, Kateryna Melnykova, Deputy Director of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR), completed a five-day training course for consultants under the Problem Management Plus (PM+) programme, organized by the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Technical Working Group (MHPSS TWG).

The training had an intensive practical format: participants completed exercises, worked in pairs and groups, practised role-play scenarios and prepared to begin working with their first clients.

“Throughout the training, there was an atmosphere of mutual support, openness and trust among the participants. I am deeply grateful to my colleagues for their sincerity, support and willingness to share their experience,” said Kateryna Melnykova.

We sincerely thank the organizers for providing this training opportunity, and especially the trainers, Oksana Kaduk and Kateryna Dribna, for their professionalism, compassion and practical approach.

The next steps include working with the first clients, participating in supervision sessions and completing the certification process.

The CFSR team is already considering which of the Foundation’s projects could integrate the Problem Management Plus intervention to strengthen psychosocial support for people affected by the war.
