CFSR Team Joined the Discussion on the Development of Volunteering and Civil Society in the Kharkiv Region

Representatives of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) participated in a working meeting titled “Development of Volunteer Activities, Civil Society Resilience and Public Participation in Kharkiv Region”, which brought together representatives of civil society, charitable organizations, volunteer initiatives, social services and public authorities.
During the meeting, participants discussed key areas for the development of the volunteer movement and civil society in the region. The discussion covered the implementation of the State Targeted Social Programme for the Development of Volunteer Activities through 2030, the preparation of proposals for the Regional Targeted Programme for Civil Society Development for 2027–2032, as well as the establishment of supervisory boards at municipal institutions and healthcare facilities in Kharkiv and Kharkiv Region.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the CFSR team who are also members of the Public Council under the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kharkiv Region. Among them:
- Serhii Zhuk — Director of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR) and Adviser to the Chair of the Public Council on cooperation with anti-corruption bodies, law enforcement agencies, public authorities and local self-government bodies;
- Viktor Zhuk — Chairman of the Board of the NGO “KHARKIV COMMUNITY”, First Deputy Chair of the Public Council and Head of the Committee for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption.
Following the meeting, CFSR representatives and their partners discussed further coordination of joint activities aimed at developing volunteer work, supporting civic initiatives, and assisting the Defenders of Ukraine, veterans and their families.
Participation in such working meetings is an important component of the activities of the Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival” (CFSR), as it helps unite the efforts of public institutions, civil society and charitable organizations to develop effective mechanisms for supporting the population, strengthening community resilience and implementing socially important initiatives in Kharkiv Region.
